VibeMS

VibeMS Business EULA

Version 2026-07-10. This End User License Agreement forms part of the VibeMS Business Terms and applies exclusively to business use.

License grant

Subject to payment and these terms, VibeMS grants the licensed business a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable right to install and use the proprietary VibeMS CMS within the production and non-production limits of the purchased plan. Rights are perpetual for installed core software unless a written order states otherwise; access to new releases follows the update entitlement.

Agency and client handoff

A Single license may be delivered as its one permitted client website with a client editor account. Where repeated commercial handoff is included, an agency may deliver multiple activated installations and create client editor accounts for those websites. In every case, the purchasing business remains responsible for using a sufficient plan and may not sell, disclose or assign the VibeMS license key as a standalone product.

Ownership and customer materials

VibeMS and its licensors retain all rights in the CMS, installer, editor, update system, Control Center and documentation. Customers retain their rights in website content, imported source files and exported website packages, subject to any third-party licenses attached to those materials.

Restrictions

Customers may not distribute VibeMS as a standalone CMS, share keys outside the licensed business, bypass activation or site limits, remove proprietary notices required by law, use the software to provide unlawful services, or reverse engineer except to the limited extent that mandatory law expressly permits and cannot be waived.

Updates and compatibility

Signed updates may include security fixes, compatibility work, patches, features and major versions. Customers should test material updates and keep current backups. VibeMS does not guarantee compatibility with unsupported PHP versions, hoster restrictions, modified core files or third-party code outside the documented integration surface.

Activation and offline operation

Installation requires online activation against a production, staging or local environment. A signed offline certificate allows the installed CMS to verify its entitlement without sending website content to VibeMS. Ending an update entitlement or a temporary Control Center outage does not intentionally disable the existing website, editor or local backups.

Termination

VibeMS may restrict new activations and downloads following a confirmed full refund, chargeback, fraud, material key sharing or material breach that is not cured after reasonable notice where cure is possible. Provisions on ownership, confidentiality, accrued payment obligations and limitations survive termination.
