VibeMS Business Refund and Cancellation Policy

Business customers only

VibeMS is sold exclusively to businesses, public-law entities and self-employed professionals acting for commercial or independent professional purposes. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to contracts properly concluded under this business-only offer. Mandatory rights remain unaffected where a purchaser was legally acting as a consumer despite the declaration.

Paddle processes the transaction

Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment and applicable transaction taxes, issues invoices and processes cancellations and refunds. Paddle transactions must not be refunded directly by VibeMS.

One-time purchases

Single and Lifetime are one-time business software licence transactions. Unless mandatory law, Paddle's applicable terms or an individual written agreement requires otherwise, completed business transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

A request may be reviewed for a duplicate or demonstrably unauthorized payment, failure to deliver a licence that cannot be restored, or a reproducible material defect that prevents documented core use in a supported environment and cannot be remedied within a reasonable period. Change of mind, lack of use, project cancellation, failure to check hosting requirements or third-party incompatibility outside the supported environment does not automatically create a refund right.

Unlimited subscription

Unlimited renews monthly until cancelled through Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Future renewals stop and the current period is not automatically refunded. Existing installations are not intentionally remotely disabled solely because the subscription ends.

Requests and effect of refund

Order, invoice, tax, cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to Paddle Buyer Support. Product defects or activation problems may first be reported to support@vibems.io with reproducible steps and no passwords, private keys or unredacted customer data.

A confirmed full refund reverses the paid entitlement and may restrict related new activations, downloads and account entitlements. Existing website content and Customer backups are not remotely deleted. Mandatory rights and individually agreed guarantees remain unaffected.
